Refunds

Last updated 25 July 2026

This page describes how Bleeper actually works, written and checked against the software itself. It has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. If you need contractual certainty before adopting Bleeper, ask us — we would rather answer the question than have you rely on wording we drafted ourselves.

The short version

If Bleeper isn’t doing what you expected, email us within 30 days of a payment and we’ll refund it. No form, no retention call, no questions about how much you used it.

We can afford to say that because the Free plan exists precisely so you can find out whether Bleeper suits you before paying anything.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from Settings → Billing, which opens the Creem customer portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal — it isn’t itself a refund request, and your Pro access continues to the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

Downgrading never deletes anything. Incidents older than the Free plan’s history window are hidden from the dashboard, not destroyed, and they reappear if you upgrade again.

Renewals you didn't want

If a subscription renewed and you meant to cancel, tell us and we’ll refund that renewal. This is a flat-priced tool for small teams, not a business built on forgotten subscriptions.

How refunds are paid

Payments are processed by Creem as merchant of record, so refunds are issued through Creem to the original payment method, typically within a few business days of us approving one. Creem’s own terms also apply to the transaction.

Statutory rights

Consumers in the UK, EU and elsewhere have cancellation and refund rights under local law. Nothing on this page limits them, and where local law is more generous than what we offer here, local law wins.

Disputes

If you open a chargeback with your bank, Pro access is suspended while it’s resolved — that’s automatic, not a judgement about you. Talking to us first is almost always faster, and we’d rather refund you than argue with a bank.
